These terms are in place to protect both our clients and our studio. As an independent business, missed appointments and late cancellations have a direct impact on our time, resources, and income.

All policies are designed to ensure a safe,  fair and comfortable environment for everyone. Age restrictions are set in line with legal requirements, insurance policies, and our professional standards.

Age Restrictions

‍For safety, legal, and insurance reasons. No one under the age of 12 is permitted in the studio

Piericing Age Restrictions

‍Under 16sMust be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Tattyoo Age Restrictions

Tattooing Strictly 18+ only - no exceptions. This applies to: All new clients & Returning clients

Parental Consent cannot override

Valid physical GOVERMENT photo ID required

Passport, Driving or provisional Liscence, Citizen Card,

No photographs and no digital copies , These won't be accepted.  

No ID = No service + Cancellaton fee charge

Appointments & Booking

All appointments require a booking deposit or card details to secure your time in the studio and cover preparation costs

Booking Fee is non-refundable

Booking fee can be transfered within 48 Hours notice

Missing or cancelling your appointment without sufficient notice will result in loss of deposit or cancellation charge

Any outstanding fees must be paid before future bookings

Lateness Policy

Our studio is designed to be a calm, safe, and private space.

Maximum 1 guest per client

no persons under the age of 12

This maintains maxium comfort within our studio for you and our artists

Jewellery Policy

We use only high-quality, implant-grade materials from trusted, industry-leading manufacturers, including titanium and solid gold.

All jewellery is covered by a lifetime manufacturer’s against defects

This covers loose or wobbly threadings

Gemstones becoming loose or falling out

This wont cover loss, damage or misuse

All jewellery sales are final and non-refunable for hygiene reasons

We won't handle jewellery sourced outside of our studio for insurance purposes

This ensures we can guarantee the quality, biocompatibility and fitment of the jewellery
